"la persona q nos atendio en El front desk lo primero q pregunto fue si nosotras hablabamos Ingles, me parecio de muy mal gusto, falta de etica y profesionalismo, ademas de exceso de confianza de parte de Ella.el desayuno esta hubicado en El Medio de un pasillo pobremente o al menos ESO fue lo q nos indicaron en la manana antes de irnos."

"Everything was perfect, but there is always one person who ruins everything. I want to leave this message specifically for the person responsible for restocking the amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It is disrespectful that someone has to travel from far away, arrive at a hotel where everyone else has done their job, and you have not done yours by failing to refill the amenities. It is unacceptable that I arrived and found no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash to take a shower, especially when you had the time to do your job and take responsibility for it."
