"We stayed here for our girls trip and we had the best time. The condo was very nice and clean. You need to download an app which you use to unlock all of the doors. This made us feel very safe and secure, especially since we are females in our early 20s. The location itself was great, however it was a little sketchy at night. It’s about a 20 minute walk downtown, so we just Ubered which was about a 6 minute drive. Overall, it was a great trip and we would definitely book again!! "

"Great location in the Gulch, nice/quiet building, nice rental - would stay again. If you use Uber, use The Pub restaurant as your pickup and drop off location rather than the actual address to make things easier! "

"Everything about our stay was great! The condo was perfect for us, two couples. Kim really does stock the condo with just about anything you need. The pool was lovely and helped make this feel like a vacation. Easy walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Plenty of places to eat around the condo as well (Jonathan's was a group favorite!) This is the only place I will stay anytime we come to Nashville."
