I booked a private room but saw that they offer dormitory style shared rooms as well as rooms for families. Staff was friendly and spoke english if needed. "This hotel may have been one of the best stays I’ve had. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they were always willing to help and answered all my questions clearly. I also loved the location and amenities. Having a laundry room was something that was a plus given that I was going to another country after Taiwan. I would recommend and would stay again in the future."

"We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, and the wooden tub in the room was a really nice touch. They gave us a custom made keychain with our name on it that was really cool as well and a great souvenir. We would definitely stay here again."
