"Restaurant services were very nice, staff at service were very soft spoken and supportive. But staff at reception were pathetic and arrogant, they think like as you owe to them and will give a damn to serve you. Rooms are very compact and suffocative, windows are opening in corridors. Cleanliness is good. Wi-Fi is also not so appreciative, intermittent disconnections you may find. Overall not recommended to stay."

"The club room was spacious and excellent. It was on the ground floor. It had a nice lounge area in the room. The breakfast was good and service was excellent. Staff need to make sure there are enough toilet rolls in the room. It was very convenient as we attended a wedding at Kesarval. Thanks. Will stay there again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. "Very good service and rooms"

"Property rooms are just ok in size but beds are small for 2 adults. House cleaning staff came very late for cleaning and didn't change the bedsheet. In night they opened karoke in dining area and it was all too noisy which created headache as 3-4 persons were trying to sing in horrible sound and rhythm. Overall I feel it's not worth value for money "
