"Staff was very good, but hot water was not there. They told me to turn on the boiler for 15 mins than hot water will come. I left it on for 45 mins, hot water was there for half a bucket, I ended showering with cold water. There is no elevator and lot of stairs. Electric socket was open. "

"Your property is located at a hill top so you should definitely make driver quarters. Your location of hotel is such that finding a place for guest's driver is difficult. The resort being such a great start resort should definitely have driver quarters."

"This is not a five star hotel. In fact, it's barely a three star. It is far from the fort and up a long, bumpy road so when you arrive, you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. The staff earnestly tries to be helpful but they're clueless, slow and inefficient. I ordered a gin and tonic at lunch time and it came after I had finished my meal. The hotel exterior is pretty and the rooms are large. That said, there are no amenities besides a tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner. The soap...

"I spent 2 nights with my son at the wild retreat. Our room was very spacious and clean with plenty of toiletries. We also had a great balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend 😃"
