"My experience at this property was quite disappointing. When I arrived, the room was not ready, which was inconvenient after a long journey. Unfortunately, the cleanliness standards were also not up to expectations — the washroom was dirty, there were used bedsheets, and even the towels provided were unclean. Basic amenities were missing as well. There was no drinking water or even a glass in the room, and I had to repeatedly request the staff for essentials, which should ideally be provided...

They also arranged autos for us to explore Gokul, Mathura, Barsana, and Goverdhan, which made everything hassle-free. If you’re planning a trip here, I’d definitely recommend staying at this place!"
