"While I was there, only one member of staff was manning the front desk as well undertaking other responsibilities around the hotel, but a phone was left at the front desk so you could call when you needed assistance. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and enjoyed the retro-feel. The free drinks and snacks in the lounge area were a nice touch and I loved the outdoor Onsen."

Fiona was encompassed in a fitted sheet (never seen this before) but kept us all warm even when it was sub 0 outside. "The helpfulness and customer services are top notch! Staff was willing to help in any shape and form and were very kind.
The room we stayed was spacious, and had everything we needed. Breakfast and dinner were lovely (buffet) with different options between Japanese meals vs western style meal. Burger bar at the entrance is also an option as well.
