"Room was massive, double the size of any room we have stayed in in Japan. Pillows had both Western and traditional Japan options. Fiona was encompassed in a fitted sheet (never seen this before) but kept us all warm even when it was sub 0 outside. Room had access to outdoor area, exclusive to the room, which had table and chairs. "While I was there, only one member of staff was manning the front desk as well undertaking other responsibilities around the hotel, but a phone was left at the front desk so you could call when you needed assistance. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and enjoyed the retro-feel. The free drinks and snacks in the lounge area were a nice touch and I loved the outdoor Onsen."

"Estilo muy tradicional japonés, nos encantó sobre todo a mis hijos las camas tipo futon es una experiencia increíble ademas de su baño onsen delicioso, puedes entrar al público o reservar privado que dura 30 min. Aunque ese estilo tradicional nos fallo cuando del desayuno se trataba, pero no fue problema.

"The helpfulness and customer services are top notch! Staff was willing to help in any shape and form and were very kind.
The room we stayed was spacious, and had everything we needed. Breakfast and dinner were lovely (buffet) with different options between Japanese meals vs western style meal. Burger bar at the entrance is also an option as well.
