Great location
The condo is in a great walkable location for walking to restaurants, the grocery store and the chair 7 ski lift and gondola. The place looks as advertised with updated bathrooms. Our only complaint was the mattresses were uncomfortable which is why I gave it 4 starts.

Great Location
Perfect walkable location. Super easy access to ski lift with very little wait time, and a short trip to Main Street for food and shopping. Kent’s condo was a great place to relax after a long day on the mountain.

Great ski location!!
Very nice property. Clean, easy check in, and VERY responsive host with a couple of minor issues. The location is one block from Telluride Chair 7 and once the Telluride Trail blue level ski out was open it is one block from skiing out to the Cimarron parking lot. Easy rentals at Cimarron lodge. Overall a great stay and definitely recommend!!

Great house! Close to lift, grocery store and town. Only thing I would say to improve the house would be an ice maker and more pots and pans. Other than that, the house is lovely.

Telluride ski trip
First time to Telluride and this location was amazing! Easy walk to lift 7 in ski boots. Tons of amenities accessible by foot. Grocery store, numerous restaurants, bakeries, galleries - its all walking distance. Gondola stop in Telluride about 10 minutes away. The unit seems like it was updated recently as an investment property. Lots of great things in the updates, but would recommend bringing your own pillow. I would happily book this location again given the chance.

clean townhouse, great location
Clean townhouse with all necessary amenities & kitchen items for meals. Appreciated that each room had its own heating unit. Rental comes with one carport spot. We had another vehicle that needed parking. Ken was not clear with parking instructions for 2nd vehicle. Rental description stated a guest parking pass would be available, but when asked about it, he stated to just park anywhere in A zone, that there was no permit needed. Most of the A permit parking areas all had signage with park limits from 8 am to 6 pm, and excluded parking even on some weekdays. When asked about this was told to just read the signage to park in A zone and if there were any problems to let him know. Needless to say, I wasn't going to risk getting a ticket that I wasn't confident would be covered if there were issues, so ended up moving the car to ski lot during the day and moved it out of the ski lot to park overnight on the street after 6 pm.

Glad you enjoyed your stay Art! Parking can be a challenge in Telluride. Our welcome guide encourages guests to contact me if additional parking is needed. As we discussed, Telluride recently changed the way it handles parking in zoned such that physical guest passes are no longer required.

The Perfect Place for a Holiday Ski Trip
This place was perfect for our family holiday ski trip to Telluride. It was clean, well stocked, and close to everything we needed. Everything was as described. We would definitely stay here again. The entire process was easy and communication with the property owner was smooth.

Great Location in walking distance to all that Telluride has to offer
Very nice property with everything you need for a stay in Telluride. You can easily walk to shops, restaurants, skiing, etc. Our only negative was the size of the carport...almost impossible to fit our Ford F150 in the space next to the neighbor's SUV and very hard to get in and out of. If you have a small vehicle it would not be a problem.

Parking is hard to come by in Telluride and we're fortunate to have a covered carport--particularly during ski season. We regularly park our Lincoln Navigator in the spot but it can be a little tight at times.

Telluride Gem
Great place to stay in telluride! Spacious and comfortable. Open kitchen to living room made it really easy for our family to all be together. The kids loved the bunk bed, even had enough space for a pack n play too.

Not quite as expected
This property was okay. Not as pictured in the listing. The lower bedroom was basically bunks. Thought it might have been a little bigger on the bottom. Also, the ceiling isn’t even finished in that bedroom. The two decks basically look out on a trashy area with a poor dog chained to a pole, not like the listing. Couldn’t even spend any time out there. It reminded me more of a college apartment than what I pictured.

Nancy, the pictures on our listing and description say it all. The downstairs bedroom has a full bed with a twin bunk on top. The building recently had new exterior siding and new decks and balconies. I just learned the crew left without finishing minor drywall patching from the deck redo. Labor and materials problems have been difficult but I have a contractor lined up. Our yard bore the brunt of the construction project. It will take some time to recover. I have never see a dog chained to anything but will double check with the HOA.

Kent’s place is the perfect setup for a family visiting a festival in Town Park. Beautiful 3 story townhouse with everything you need. Town shuttle pickup one block away. He is a perfect host. Highly recommended.

Great location to both ski lifts & town
The main room/kitchen is a great layout for a group. The one item I wish I had realized is that there isn't a door to the upstairs bedroom so it can hear all the noise from the main room. The unit wasn't cleaned because of a mix-up between the owner and cleaner. The owner called me promptly and gave me a credit.

Great clean and spacious condo near chair 7
Excellent condo one easy block walk in ski boots to chair 7. Spacious condo (3 floors) and updated. Very clean and comfortable place to stay for our family week vacation. Well stocked kitchen for any means. The condo is also very close to the market which is only a short one block walk. The owner is extremely responsive for any questions that arise during the stay. We would definitely stay again.

Good location/better for kids
Check in process was easy however the second parking permit was missing even though the listing stated there would be one. Owner said a previous guest ran off with it. He offered to pay for any parking tickets received though. There was no tissue in the entire unit, had to use toilet paper. The oven does not always work unless the door is propped closed. Sleeps 4 comfortably. The fifth and sixth people will have to climb a rickety ladder to get to the loft. Would be easier for children than for fully grown adults. Overall I would stay here again if the first three issues are resolved.

Hi Riley. Glad you enjoyed your stay. I just learned that Telluride has changed the way they do their guest parking passes such that there are no physical passes anymore. Thanks to alerting me to the need for tissue. Will make sure and take care of that. I know the loft ladder is very solid, attached to the wall and appropriate for use by adults or children. Still, I'd agree the twin beds up there are more suitable for children than adults. The oven works fine, but one of the hinges is a little wonky. I've scheduled an appliance repair guy for parts. Hope you can come again!

Nice condo close to market and Lift 7. Comfortable unit, kitchen was nice. Lots of construction and maintenance on the building while we were there which would have been nice to know prior to trip. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions.

Glad you enjoyed your stay Kelly. The construction was a surprise to me too. We had an extensive exterior siding project that was supposed to have been done mid-December but labor and materials shortages resulted in delays.

Great Location!!!!!
This property is in a great location! You can walk just about anywhere you might need to go…the grocery store, the ski lift, restaurants, etc! Kent was a good host and was there to answer questions we had quickly and kindly. The condo itself has 3 levels. The very top floor has a wonderful master suite and bathroom. The bed was super comfy and all the linens and towels were nice! I do need to mention that we only had warm water the entire time. We never could get hot water in either of the showers. The middle floor was also great! This was the kitchen/dining/ den area. There was a lovely electric stove that gave off a lot of heat and was a great touch to the room! The sofa was comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped with anything that you could possible need/want to cook meals at home! Nothing was missing and there was even an array of spices that previous guests had left. **But, be sure to pick up ice at the grocery store because the ice maker does not work. The bottom floor has a “bedroom” and a 3/4 bathroom. This was a disappointment to us, but it might not be a big deal to others. We needed 2 beds fit for adults. The beds in the spare bedroom would be fine for kiddos and teenagers but I do not feel like it was fit for an adult. The mattress was very thin and hard. The bed itself was a metal bunk bed that did not offer the ability to sit up in bed b/c you would go through the metal rods. . This room had nowhere else to sit (besides the bed) except a very little bench. Replacing the bench with a comfy recliner/chair and getting a bed that would comfortably fit an adult would make all the difference in the usability of this room to us. Overall, the condo was a good value especially for its great location and Kent seems committed to taking care of his guests.

Great property
We really enjoyed our stay here! I chose it because the bedding was such that no one had to sleep on a couch or pullout. There was some construction remnants but nothing that bothered us too much.

Stayed with some friends for a quick summer visit to Telluride. The location of the condo was perfect, within walking distance to the gondola, shops, and restaurants. The communication with Kent was fantastic, he kept us informed of some logistical challenges for our visit. Look forward to visiting in the winter in the future.

Beautiful property
Great location and the property is very clean and recently remodeled with new carpet and wood floor, and new appliances. It's very close to grocery store and convenient to shopping and restaurants as well. Kent is very good in communicating with our concerns or questions. The property is partially under construction during our stay, but the owner fully informed and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. We definitely recommend this property for family and friend in future. One suggestion is I would replace all bath and hand towels for guests as soon as possible because they are quite worn-out. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property and would love to come back again

Clean, Spacious Downtown Condo
Our family of 4 had a great time in Telluride! This property was very clean, spacious and close to everything downtown including trailheads to various hikes, the gondola to Mountain Village and Clark’s Market for picking up any necessities. Kent was very responsive to our questions and offered great restaurant suggestions, including Siam which is right around the corner. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely condo in an excellent location in the amazing town of Telluride! Kent (the owner) was beyond thoughtful in keeping us informed of construction going on in and around the condo. He was in constant communication about what to expect. The condo is well appointed with everything a group would need. This town is amazing with views to die for!

Perfect condo!
The condo is updated with new carpet and flooring. The layout was fabulous for our family of five. The kitchen is well stocked and the place was pristine. Bedding was super comfy as well. The Clark Market is within 500 feet so it’s super convenient for groceries. It’s a quick walk to all shops, restaurants, the gondola, and some amazing hiking trails. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place for telluride skiing
Excellent location to lift 7/base, less than 200 steps to the snow/lift. Lift 7 is much less crowded base area so no line to lift ticket office, rental, etc. Covered parking was easy with midsize SUV. The keyless entry was convenient. Entry was secluded and we were comfortable leaving our skis outside. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Clean bath and shower has good water pressure. Nice sized kitchen with plenty of plates and utensils. There were leftover spices which we used. Fireplace worked well and the place was warm and comfy in all rooms. Bunk bed and loft requires some agility and balance to climb so no seniors should sleep there. There is a market around the corner on Main Street, 5 min walk. Most everything in town is walkable but will need a car to access resort village. Overall I recommend it highly.

We really enjoyed this cozy condo during our ski trip. One minute to town/groceries and ski in ski out from lift 7. Master suite is gorgeous and views are great. Couldn’t ask for more.
