We had a wonderful time staying at the condo during the Film Festival. Location, cleanliness, and comfort were all superb. We especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen available to us and the ease of check in and check out. Would highly recommend this cozy condo to anyone looking for a romantic stay in Telluride. Great for a Couple Getaway!

We spent three nights here while celebrating our 15 year anniversary and it was a perfect spot for just the two of us! Great location, we were able to walk to town and get everywhere we wanted to go in just a few minutes. We had a great time in Telluride!

Really nice spot!

Very much enjoyed the stay, it was walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Comfy bed! Would definitely come back.

Perfect little condo in Telluride

This was the perfect place to stay for my first trip to Telluride! The condo had all the things you would need to be comfortable and everything in town was within walking distance.

Romantic Mountain Get-away

Lovely little efficiency with smart use of space. Location towards end of town was a short walk to restaurants, bars, shops and gondola. Would definitely stay here again.

It was such a cute and cozy stay, perfect for 2 people. Parking was convenient and it’s super walkable to town. Chris was super responsive and prompt whenever I reached out. He went above and beyond as a host and I am so grateful for him. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

Great place for two people

Perfect size for a couple or group of two. If in ski boots a small hike. Recommend ski/snowboard valet if you don't want to carry your gear for 10-15 minute walk. Easy access to hot tub and laundry. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Winter Stay

The property was perfect for a holiday get away. Furnished to a exceptionally high standard with warm and inviting decor, we thoroughly recommend this property. The owners have maximised the space very well and the condo is excellently well equipped for it's size. Located within walking distance of everything Telluride has to offer, it is very easy to get to the gondola and up the mountain with no hassle.

Fantastic getaway!

Such a gem in the heart of Telluride. Walking distance to everything…we didn’t need the car until we left for the airport. Super easy walk to the lifts and gondola up to mountain village. The town of Telluride had everything we needed just steps away. The kitchenette was perfect for morning coffee and an easy breakfast before hitting the slopes. Would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely Accommodation, Great Location

My husband and I recently stayed here while attending the Telluride Mushroom Festival. The condo was wonderful - clean, comfortable, great amenities. Access to a parking space was especially valuable during a busy festival weekend. The convenience to be able to walk downtown to festival activities, restaurants, and even the grocery store was ideal. Communication with the host was excellent and responsive.

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I stayed a few days in Telluride to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. This condo was was cozy and in a great location! Being from the deep south, not having air-conditioning was a bit uncomfortable, but we managed! Chris and Susie were great and encouraged us to make ourselves at home. It was a great stay overall! Highly recommend!

Great Location, Nicely Appointed

Great spot, nice little kitchenette, great decor! The hot tub was great, I think it's only open during the day time. There fridge is a half-size fridge, but take note there is a cute little icemaker in the corner, be sure to turn it on right when you get in. My only heads up would be that the shower space is tight, we were fine, but it might be problematic if you're a very large person. Would stay here again!

Short stay in Telliride

The place was perfect for what we were looking for. It’s an easy walk into the main downtown area as well as the gondola to the Mtn Village area. Clark’s market is also very close. The property was very quiet. The unit was clean and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. There was plenty of parking on the North side of the building close to the unit.

Wonderful Telluride Ski Trip!!!

We have had a wonderful trip with a beautiful place to stay! We love this condo! All the little details make this a true mountain vacation spot. Chris and Susie have made this condo feel like you are at a high end resort, with all the decorative details. We love to go out a few nights for dinner and then cook our own gourmet dinners. We had everything we needed. The grill works great even in the extreme temps. We definitely give this place five star review. Thank you Chris and Susie!

Nice small place for 2 in Telluride

This was a nice location, near the local market Clarks, and a brief walk to the main street shops. A 10 minute walk to the gondola. Had a noisy neighbor upstairs, but this may have been a temporary neighbor and the other nights didn’t have an issue. Small shower and little kitchen, but had everything we needed and was cozy. The owners were very responsive and provided little extras that make a nice experience. Thanks for the place to visit on our trip to Telluride.
