This was the easiest stay I've had and most accurate description of a condo by a host I have ever experienced. The unit is in excellent shape, accurately described, and in the best possible location for a great ski vacation. The condo is properly outfitted and stocked with all items needed to make a stay feel like you are at home (dishwater, flatware, utensils, etc). Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

There was nothing that needed improvement on this stay. From the location, to the ease of communication to the cleanliness. They have thought of everything! Our teenagers had plenty of space sleeping on the living room foldout. The residence felt spacious even with them sleeping in the living room. The kitchen had everything you could need. A quick gondola ride to the grocery store and we were set. Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed for 6 days. Definitely luxury service and absolutely perfect spot in the village. The close proximity to the slopes and the village was hands down perfect. Would recommend and we will be back. Thanks for a fabulous place to stay with impeccable service of the resort staff.

This is the second time we stayed in the Madeline, and it is still one of our favorites. The hotel staff and amenities are top notch. We brought a dog, and the hotel charges an additional $150/stay which wasn’t mentioned in the online listing. Otherwise everything was lovely. Amazing winter snow in the San Juans also made it such a memorable time. We enjoyed the hot tub, skating rink, restaurants, and kids community club - all were fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to beat the I-70 hustle.

Exactly as others have described. The property is immaculate. The Madeline resort is phenomenal. Proximity to Mountain Village could not be better. The availability of a full kitchen is great when traveling with kids. My only recommendation would be to stock extra blankets, but logistically this could be challenging as linens and cleaning is handled by the resort. They did bring extra blankets when we called and asked, but the blankets on the beds were pretty thin. Overall great property.

Elena’s residence is the perfect getaway in Mountain Village. Access to all of the Madeline amenities - ski valet and the pool / hot tub specifically - is the game changer as The Madeline’s amenities are hands down the best in Mountain Village. The unit itself is perfect for two — loved the fireplace, soaking tub was A+, and the full kitchen allowed us to lounge a little longer in the morning and have breakfast and coffee before putting on all of our ski layers. We’ll be back!

We love our stay in mountain village at the Madeline in Elena's unit. The location can't be beat with easy access via gondola to the market or downtown. The amenities at Madeline can't be beat, especially the ski-in/ski-out valet and gym. We hope to come back soon!

We had a great stay for a family Christmas snow skiing trip. The Madeline residence is beautiful with high end appliances and well stocked.. sleeps 4 comfortably. Elena communicated very well during the entire booking process and trip. Checkin was very easy and we especially enjoyed the ski valet. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We had an excellent time at this property! Elena is the hostess with the mostest! Even though she was in France during our stay she responded to any questions within minutes and was on top of everything. Plus SO friendly and a true pleasure to communicate with. The unit was very clean, nicely appointed, well stocked with everything you can imagine in the kitchen. I love that we were able to take advantage of all the 5 star hotel amenities of the Madeline, including the pool, room service, housekeeping. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect location for a mountain vacation. Next to phenomenal hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, food and drink. Access to gondola system from property made exploration of Telluride fun and easy. Our car got dented while on property and the Madeline quickly sent their insurance information our way without any protest. We’ll be staying here again if possible.

Could not have been more convenient for ski in ski out. Kids ski school right outside, ski valet in the building and all the amenities of the hotel included! Kids loved the heated pool ans spa. Owner responded very quickly for any questions but didn’t really need her since hotel staff was there to take care of anything we needed.
