Telluride Condo
This was a great spot for our long weekend in Telluride. Check in was super easy and the condo exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and quality. It was a short (beautiful) walk to town and the gondola. Would definitely stay here again!

Top notch experience
We very much enjoyed our stay at Etta Place 2. Condo was as presented and met our needs. We've stayed in many condos in Telluride over the years. This unit ranked near the top. We had a few requests of management, which were taken care of promptly. We particularly appreciated that the place was sparkling clean. Kudos to housekeeping! We would have no hesitation to return.

This is a great place!
We were super pleased with this unit. It was clean, well decorated and had everything we possibly needed. The bed was comfy, the towels were high quality, and there were plenty of supplies (tp, paper towels, dish soap, even laundry soap!) We loved the location and would stay here again without hesitation!! You won’t regret staying here!!

Telluride for 5 days
Comfortable but not spacious. Didn’t do any cooking but ate in cereal, rolls and sandwiches. Not much for television station choices, streamed a little. Walked a lot. LOL

Blackout curtains please!
Enjoyed everything about it with exception to the bright light shining in the bedroom all night! It was almost daylight in the bedroom. Thankfully I had brought an eye mask. This issue could be easily taken care of by adding blackout shades or curtains in the bedroom.

Great place!
Came for our annual trek to the bluegrass festival. Crazy weather, so we were inside the place a lot. Spacious for Telluride, with easy access to the River trail. Trash & recycle were easy in the shed. Ramp outside made it easy to come in and out with our gear. Great place!

Great updated ski-in/ski-out condo
Lift7 loading is less than 100yds away and you can truly ski in/out each day. The unit was excellent and just like the pictures. All the recent updates were nicely done, the heated bathroom tiles were a nice surprise. The furniture/linens/heating made it one of the most comfortable ski condos we've stayed in.

Great Location
This unit is right next to chair 7 — perfect ski in/ski out. Easy walk to all amenities and to downtown. We just walked along the river which was very pleasant. Even though it is a ground level space, it was very quiet to my surprise. Excellent kitchen and enjoyed the overall layout of the space. Nicely decorated, clean and comfy. The bedroom bed is wonderful. Only a couple of little things: the pull out sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable and in the bedroom, the light from the entrance is very bright and the blinds don't do a great job of blocking it. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely book this unit again!

Great location, clean, spacious!
We had a wonderful stay here. Spacious for 2 people made us feel at home. Heated floor in bathroom was a nice touch and lift 7 and the hot tub were extremely convenient. We will hopefully be back!

Good location on bus line
The property was well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen. The bed was super comfy and there were plenty of pillows to choose from. The property looked to be recently remodeled however they forgot to remodel the shower which had cracks and mold. The property management company gave us an extra cleaning which was nice but the shower was still gross. They also had problems with the electronic lock and it went on for a few days although they did put in a solid effort to try and remedy it.

Wonderful Stay
Property was sparkling clean and very convenient to the lift and the bus stop for the free town bus. Kitchen was equipped and bed was very comfy. No negatives to report. Especially enjoyed morning coffee watching the Ski Patrol dogs exercising then jumping on the lift with their handlers!

Excellent experience for the 2nd time
We had a great time during our second visit to this nice little place. The ski-in/out location is fantastic, right at the base of lift 7. It's also an easy walk to town for restaurants and shopping. The place is very comfortable for a couple and well out-fitted.

Great location clean room
Easy parking and clean room. In summer we stayed in a suite located on the second floor of same building. Compared with that suite, this place is larger and its layout is better because its bedroom and bathroom are by one side of the building so you don't need to worry about noisy kids bothering your next wall neighbors. It is the closest suite to the main entrance of the building. Easier for us to get in and out.

Etta 101
Clean, nice place in Telluride. Comfortable bedding, pillows, and pull out sleeper for the kids. Comfortably fit a family of four (2 small children). Pool and hot tub are a nice bonus, especially for kiddos (although management could cut back on the chemicals). Other than the shed and fence, beautiful views of the mountains. A nice 10 minute walk on the trail along the river into town (one of my favs). Grocery store walking distance and has everything you need. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again. Thank you!

Cute condo in a great location!
We really enjoyed our stay! The location is very convenient to walk into town, walk to the gondola or take the Galloping Goose. The condo was remodeled nicely with modern decor and very clean.

Amazing place!
This condo was the perfect stay for a weekend in Telluride. The space was comfortable and well furnished. The property manager was kind and even left us a little surprise since we had recently gotten engaged. The location is perfect. We look forward to booking this place again during ski season!!

Great condo
Great ski in/out condo right off chair 7. Nicely updated and very comfortable. A bit of a walk from town BUT the town does have a free shuttle that operates every 20 min so its not a big deal.

Comfy apartment in a great location!
We spent 5 days at Etta Place and had a great time! The property is as pictured on VRBO. It's a nice size for two people. The interior is cute and comfortable, and was well stocked with linens and kitchenware for food prep and serving. The bathroom has a heated floor which was a treat, and you can see the lift from the dining area which is entertaining. A parking space is included in the lot right across the street. The location is fantastic for skiing. You are right at the base of the Coonskin lift, so getting on the mountain takes no time at all. (Novice skiers take note - Coonskin lift is served by blue & black slopes only.) The town and gondola are a10-15 minute walk away along pretty, quiet streets. It's an easy, pleasant walk as long as you are not wearing ski boots. From a COVID safety perspective, I thought this place was very good. The entry is just inside the vestibule so no shared elevators or long hallways. You can ski right to the lift, so no need to go on a bus (though it does stop right outside). And, you have everything you need to cook and serve meals, so no need to eat out unless you want to. There are lots of restaurants serving takeout in town, too.

A very nice place!
Loved this location. A short walk to the lift and we were whisked up the mountain. The condo was super comfortable and had a great view as we drank our coffee in the morning. The bed was comfortable, but really loved the heated floor in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again. Oh yeah, and the bus stopped right outside the condo.

Excellent Location to Access the Mountain
Excellent location to get on the mountain but a bit farther away from the center of town. Walkable but be mindful. Excellent service from Exceptional Stays. Enjoyed our stay in Telluride.

Excellent location, great service from Exceptional Stays
I brought my two sons for a ski week here in Telluride. This location was right by the chair lift (ski in, ski out) and had a reasonable (not great) hot tub 20 feet from the condo. Highly recommended for a couple. My boys slept in the king bed, I slept in a pull out. Not ideal, but certainly enough. We had a great time.
