"The Globe is a great pub/ bed and breakfast. The room we had was large and clean with a en-suite shower room. The breakfast was excellent and you can choose what you like from their cooked breakfast list the night before.The village of Buckfastleigh is very nice and you have the Abbey and moors on your doorstep. Great value."

I can say without doubt this was the most comfortable, clean, roomy, well maintained and beautifully renovated accommodation I have EVER stayed in. The staff were super friendly. "We stayed in the garden suite. It was lovely. My only criticism would be that one of the legs on the futon in the living room area was broken. Our Daughter said the bed in the smaller bedroom wasn't very comfortable so we used spare duvets and a blanket to make it more comfortable. The small garden area was ideal for our dogs to be able to give them some space to toilet etc. The food in the pub was very nice, my only criticism would be the lack of vegetarian options. Overall we enjoyed our stay....
