"The Imperial was ;lovely, well run hotel with excellent staff and food with one exception.namely the bread used for toast and sandwiches is very thick (approx 8mms) and not in keeping with a hotel of this quality. It should be replaced"

"Calor insoportable y habitación sin aire acondicionado. El aire solo en la recepción. El baño da pena, Todo descascarillado. Las paredes de separación de las habitaciones son de papel de fumar. Si tienes la mala suerte de tener vecinos ruidosos imposible dormir. Ese fue nuestro caso. Ni la intervención ..."
