It was with a deep sigh of relief that we opened the door to find a room exactly as pictured in the listing. It was so comfortable to sit on the great sofa, looking out at a fantastic view (watching the cruise ships arrive and leave), and watching literally hundreds of tv channels. Apparently there is additional checkin that needed to be done which was hidden away in some link, the least they should have done is to have someone helping with this online checkin that speaks English. Instead there was only a local watchman who had no idea. I eventually booked a separate hotel for them. When asked for cancelling, I was told it's not their policy to refund. I see no...

"Edificio nuevo y tiene parking robotizado. Suite bien distribuida, con camas cómodas, limpia, mucha luz natural y vistas a la Torre Komar y la ciudad. No dispone de servicio de desayunos, pero hay una cafetería y 7eleven al lado. También hay 3 centros comerciales solo cruzar la calle. La ubicación es buena, está cerca del centro histórico. El único inconveniente es tener que atravesar 2 avenidas para llegar al centro."
