"Food ; breakfast was menu chosen night before , not a huge choice. Portion size for cooked breakfast was small . The bacon was lovely. Not great coffee. They did feed my daughter with out charging extra which was very appreciated Staff wise : lovely friendly lady who checked us in Sunday evening with light hair, really friendly. Also the cleaner on the first level who stopped what she was going to help me find my charger I had left but was removed from 2nd level Location : amazing very close...

"I booked on line which i wont ever do again ,the rooms are so small and badly decorated ,bathrooms need sprucing up very difficult with no shelves in bathroom ,also the stools by the kettle to high for the elderly to get up on ,i know it was a cheap price ,but honestly i would prefer travelodge ,decent chairs to sit on with plenty of teas ,coffee etc good lighting plugs by mirrors ,no tidy place to sit ,and advertising sea view had to stand on bed to see it. So for me we wouldnt stay there again...

"Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best."

"The rooms were lovely, warm and clean. Having a dog bed and food bowls was a lovely touch. The fridge was useful and we have plenty of space. The bed was very comfy. We really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the fried bread!! The staff were amazing, we wished we could have stayed longer! "
