The bathroom was dirty. I asked for 2 towels. There only two towels in the bathroom for a room that says fits 6 people. I asked for two towels and tell told me to come downstairs to get them. They should of been 4 towels minimum. I took picture of how dirty the shower is.

La limpieza es pésima es un hotel donde permiten mascotas y deberían tener mejor cuidadas y limpias las áreas comunes, desayuno desagradable, no volvería a hospedarme en el mismo hotel

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and is a good value for the money. I would recommend it. Is not very close to FSU, so that is something to consider if you plan to go to the University and would like to walk to it.

Hotel agradable
La ventaja de este hotel es la dimensión del apart. Cómodo y confortable. Las amenidades son bastante buenas. La desventaja es que para desayunar hay pocas opciones y pocas mesas para sentarse. En general, la gente desayuna en forma más informal, estando de pie o en los sillones del lobby.

The room was barely clean. If you looked in the edges at all it was dirty. Especially the bathroom. The hall carpet had big stains. I didn't feel comfortable here at all.

Here is my review since it was asked. I’m very honest. Poor craftsmanship and noticeable mold in bathroom ceiling in a small area , bedroom door was not plum and door was not closing and had to be forced to be closed and if not forced it would stay open. Room 204 other than that it was good for one night and staff was nice room and bathroom was big and confortable.

We arrived 2 hours after check in and the room was still not ready. It only took a few minutes for it to be ready, however we noticed there were only 2 towels, the trash under the sink hadn't been removed and the coffee maker still had a used pod in it.

Adequate, OK hotel. I’ve stayed at a few Home 2 Suites and this one didn’t quite meet the standards of the others. All but two of the electrical outlets in the room did not work, toilet seat lid was broken, blankets were ripped and threadbare. Breakfast was pretty bad. Overall, it was f, but I will probably not stay here again.

The beds were old & hard as a rock. Felt like we were sleeping on 12 year old mattresses. We asked to move rooms but were told that all the mattresses were all the same. We also only had hot water for one shower. Apparently, they had a water line break but it wasn’t repaired the whole 3 days we were there. We were told that we’d get compensated for the inconvenience but it has yet to happen & we’ve heard nothing from the hotel. I was in the lobby while several guests were checking in & not once did they inform the new guests that they didn’t have hot water in order to give them a chance to go somewhere else. Very unprofessional. Will not be staying here again.

Mediocre Stay this time.
My stay was good! However, when we returned to our room in the evening, it was not cleaned, persons who previously stayed left half filled drinks in the refrigerator. We threw the items in the trash, of course the room wasn’t cleaned. The last item was a $20.00 charge to my credit card I left for incidentals, we had none. We typically stay there when we visit my dad, however I am not so sure anymore.

I stayed in a connecting room and I could hear everything going on in the room next door. Other than that I loved the property. Staff was friendly.

The receptionist who checked us in was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and safe. The hotel is located near dining options and pharmacies in case of last-minute items or medicine needed. I wish it had more firepits for the cold nights but overall it was great.

During shower, no hot water, then no water. Water pressure went to zero and all i saw was a trickle. Shower leaked into main area, sink was clogged. Beds were good, room was large and comfortable.

We selected this hotel as it has electric vehicle chargers (EV Chargers). Well, they do have chargers, but there is no way to charge your vehicle for two reasons: 1) all the chargers are broken, even the two Tesla chargers 2) Most of the time we were there, large trucks were parked in the EV charger parking spots, and no-one in the hotel seems to care. The hotel is poorly maintained; the rooms and bathrooms are "run down," the shower curtain is hanging partially off the wall, the hot water takes forever to come warm, and the refrigerator is entirely rusty and dirty. Do not come here, especially if you have an EV!!

Our rewards dollars were not applied at checkin and we have been charged the full price - when I asked the front desk said hotels.com didn’t send it to the hotel :( Not happy! And at 3:30am someone pulled the fire alarm repeatedly so had to evacuate to the parking lot and never got back to sleep as we had to be up early! Again not happy at all! Very rough night! Overall the hotel is very nice but I want my rewards dollars to be applied ($105)! Especially since you emailed me a receipt that that had been applied, but the hotel says they haven’t!
