"Amazing service. Manager took me and some others on a wonderful trip to Mt Ijen at the best price. The manager also helped me find a fantastic deal on another trip later on in my travels once I had left Banyuwangi. The homestay is a very good price and there is a high street around the corner. 1 minute walk from the main train station and a few minutes to the ferry port by bus."

"El hotel es muy grande y está muy bien, con un enorme restaurante, piscina etc. Las habitaciones no están mal, tienen aire acondicionado. Lo único, el servicio del restaurante es pésimo y la comida propuesta no es tan buena como parece en la carta. El desayuno está bastante bien. El hotel propone tours en taxi hasta Kawah Ijen a precios correctos. Fuera del hotel no hay nada, diría que es incluso peligroso salir."

"Had a great stay here, restaurant is closed so set out for food. There was a tasty food stand outside and found a good restaurant across the street - local eats nothing fancy but good. Pool was nice and there are tables around to spend time in. The front desk gave us a number of a contact for Ijen crater which turned out great. Not far to ferry to Bali. SOme bugs in the room but it comes with the territory. We had to keep toilet seat closed at all times though because it always had ants inside...

"10 out of 10. The complex has a pleasing layout - surrounded by padi fields and a small pool. Sitting in lounge chairs, we saw many birds (rails, herons and egrets, and swiftlets). The rooms are clean and comfortable. The outdoor bathroom was spacious and always had hot water. The food was simple, fresh and delicious.
