Winter Park Ski Trip

We stayed with two other families. The layout was great for multiple families. House was nice and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and great views. Only drawback was that the bunk room was over garage semi detached from the main house- which wasn’t too big of a problem but the kids were on the opposite side of the house. Great time and would rent again.

Mountains, golf and Rocky Mountain Natl Park

Had our kids and grandkids with us on this trip. 8 adults and 4 grandkids ranging in age from 6-1. House was well equipped for us and close to so many activities. We loved staying the week at this house and hope to return.

Plenty of space

We enjoyed a family get away with 8 adults and 5 small children in this beautiful golf course home. The layout is wonderful to give each family privacy and several gathering areas to enjoy each others company. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The long driveway was fun for the littles to ride bikes and scooters safely.

Wonderful home and stay!

The rental home exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for our family of 4 adult kids and their spouses and our grandchildren under the age of 6! We would love to return! Perfect location for skiing in WP and snowmobiling in Grand Lake. Highly recommend! Rental company was also very accommodating.

This property was close to everything and absolutely beautiful! The only complaint I have is that the hot water heater can't handle the size of the property. We were very happy and comfortable!

2021 Family Vacation

We all had a good time except for the following: Property manager wanted to inconvenience our group with a pest control application. The technician agreed with us and postponed until later. The group stopped using the hot tub because it smelled after two days of use. There was no cleaning service during the week and no chemicals provided. Therefore our use was limited. Upon arrival the trash containers were full with no room. Called property manager andcthey emptied them. They were full when we left and I called property and suggest they be emptied. The local establishments who were to provide us free services didn't provide them.

Family Getaway

This property was everything we hoped it would be. Plenty of space, each room was gorgeous and all but one had its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked every meal for our large family there. Several living spaces allowed different aged kids different hang out places while the adults enjoyed games and food in the open kitchen, dining, living space. We had a blast and will definitely plan to stay there again.

Amazing house and location

We were looking for a property to get away and have some privacy. Having 2 acres was amazing, not only for the adults but also for the kids. The kids spent most of the days outside and the adults spent all day on the deck. The house layout allowed us to spread out as well. The vaulted ceilings were amazing. We are already looking at possibly coming back.

Great Home in a Quiet Wooded Area

First, the good: The home was incredible, with mountain lodge style master bedroom experiences for everyone in my family of 5. The kitchen was awesome with great views and everything an aspiring chef would need. We enjoyed long walks around the wooded neighborhood to see the other beautifully built homes in the area, and had movie night in the theater room downstairs. The needed improvements: most all of the downsides of our stay were service related. First, my emails and messages sent using the VRBO or other app went unanswered for days, and no response (about check in questions) until our day of checkout. Their phone service worked, but that was the only responsive method of communication with the property managers. Next, while the majority of this 6000+ SF home was very clean upon our arrival, we found a dirty dusting rag on a couch downstairs, a dry spot of dog urine by the downstairs fireplace (which we cleaned ourselves), and all three garbage bins were full in the garage. I called and they said they’d fix the garbage issue immediately... which evidently is within a week because they were all still full when we left three days later. Finally, most of the lamps were unplugged upon our arrival, the remotes for the TVs were either not functioning (main living room) or not charged (movie room downstairs), and many things like the cable service needed us to re-arrange cords and plugs before it was operational. We probably spent the first half hour in awe of the house itself, and the next hour or two dealing with these nuisance issues, which really cut into our initial impression and ability to settle in and relax that first day. In the end though, it was still a place I’d stay again. And a place I’d recommend to others, particularly for a larger extended family trip. We travel a lot, so maybe my expectations are too high. But I like to offer room for improvement as many property managers I have dealt with in the past are quick to resolve the issues for future guests.

Peaceful seclusion yet close to town

Fabulous stay at the end of June. Super clean. Well appointed. Comfortable beds. Beautiful views. Kids loved the hot tub, looking for golf balls, the small zip line, and provided games. Mom and dad loved the separate places to hang out yet plenty of room to hang together Directions to get to the property were very confusing. You must open the garage code first before using the door codes to enter. It took us a while to realize the place didn’t have AC but it was fairly cool during the days and nights were cold. This isn’t obvious in the Vrbo listing so just be aware. We had an issue with WiFi on the second day but after a call into the rental company , they gave us a new log in and it worked! Thanks for a fantastic stay. We had a great time And would love to stay again.
