"The house is big and comfy, plenty on beds and baths, but still very quiet once you are in the BRs. Gathering areas accommodate a large crowd. Kitchen is a bit dated but functional. Overall a great experience."

"Great stay -- had everything we needed for our week in RMNP. Well supplied, plenty of spices and staple food ingredients, long kitchen table had space for 10+ people! Cabin was turnkey: potbelly stove with plenty of firewood, small fans in the bedrooms for white noise, sleds for the hill behind the house, open kitchen with large pots and pans for large group cooking...and even a boot dryer. Loved it, we'll be back."

"House was a perfect starting point for our group. Although there wasn’t enough snow to ride to the trails it was quick and easy to trailer. The house is absolutely stunning and well cared for. Well stocked kitchen and top of the line appliances kept us in each night cooking for the group. I was quite pleased to see the community has a zero tolerance for noise or any other obnoxious behavior listed right on the rules of the house. Nothing worse than loud neighbors. Would love to return one...

"The cabin was so adorable and cozy. Literally had everything we needed! So easy to get to and so easy to get other places from there. We did some fishing while there, but werent able to fish the ponds offered by the property because they were still frozen! In (early) May! LOL. Absolutely recommend this cabin and owner."

"We wanted to stay somewhere in the mountains to enjoy a vacation with our family. We have 4 kids, 12 years old down to a 1 year old. We had never heard of Grand Lake or this particular area but booked this home based on the photos and description. Everything was SPECTACULAR. From the breathtaking views to the comfort and cleanliness, we couldn't have asked for a more luxurious and relaxing home away from home. Would wholeheartedly recommend. "This place is absolutely amazing. Hidden in the gorgeous mountains and surrounded by the fragrant picturesque evergreens… it does not disappoint. There is the utmost attention to detail that just puts the icing on the cake. We absolutely loved the treehouse. It is a memory we will never forget, and we hope to come back again soon. (haven’t decided yet if we actually want to share this treasure with the kids or not!) It was worth every penny!"
