Work retreat
This house was amazing!! So spacious with plenty of spots to cozy up with a book and/or enjoy the amazing view and sounds of the river. Was stocked well for a fishing adventure which is not why we were visiting, but it made me want to book again for a fishing trip with family. Would certainly stay here again.

Communication through vacasa was not good. Too many people answering with different opinions
House was really nice. Loved the kitchen in the basement area Added to convenience. Would have liked an earlier check in and later check out perhaps an hour or so without the 150 extra. But we got up and out earlier than expected.

Perfection
Everything was perfect. Pictures dont do it justice. Its not a creek but the Tuskgage River. Absolutely beautiful. Family members remarked several times, save this cabin, its our favorite.

Spacious Tuck Retreat
Beautiful house on the banks of the Tuck! Very spacious with plenty of room for all. House was very clean and accommodations were great. Would definitely recommend this house to others and plan to return. Close proximity to WCU, Sylva and Dillsboro.

A weekend by the water
Tbe house was great, mostly clean (there was a baby spider in one of the night lights in one of the basement bedrooms but that's kind of unavoidable in the mountains). There was a cricket or something outside/near/in the pipes (I'm not really sure where) the queen bedroom in the basement and I could barely sleep it was so loud and so frequent. When I went outside to check it out, I couldn't hear the cricket, so I don't know where it was coming from.
All the other rooms were geeatand we had a blast hanging out and enjouing the amazing food in Sylva 😊

Nice property
Family reunion of 11. House perfect for us. Well equipped We enjoyed playing in the river. A little road noise from across the river we did not expect but tolerable.
We had some problems with the "Local VACASA Team" and were not able to use the grill. They never sent someone out to fix it like they said they would but that is not the house's or owner's fault. The house was very nice and we were glad we rented it. Thank You!.

Wonderful gathering space
Family gathered for a weekend stay. Perfect place. Front porch overlooking the river is where everyone wanted to be the entire stay. Plenty of bedrooms & baths. Kitchen & bar area perfect for serving meals.

Summer Family Vacation
The house was great and worked for our family (11 of us - my parents, 2 sisters and our husbands and children). We had plenty of room. We loved being right on the river - - did lots of fishing. We even set up a badminton net. Matt, with the management company was great. Our only “complaint”, and it’s slight, there was no mention in the description of a busy road (several loud work trucks) on the other side of the river.

Great place with a great location.
This house fit all our needs. We loved the out of way location right on the river but it wasn’t so far out that we were isolated. We utilized all 3 floors b/c we had a large crowd. Having 2 kitchens was wonderful especially for Christmas Eve & Christmas Day dinners. The only negative things I can say is that the trash cans were already full from the previous renters (I guess trash is only picked up once a week and with our crowd there wasn’t enough space), it was advertised to have a hairdryer and it didn’t, and seeing there were 6 bathrooms most of the toilet paper was half used on the holder (I did eventually fine 2 extra but we had our own so it’s not like we ran out). All in all, I would recommend this rental.

Incredible stay!!!
Absolutely the best house we have rented. We have rented many in the area and always wanted a large group to use one of these larger homes on the river. It did not disappoint! We had our family reunion over the weekend and the house was the perfect place. We had plenty of room to spread out and gather all together in the family space. The river view is breathtaking. Sitting on the deck and watching God's beauty and the men out fly fishing added another special touch of entertainment. House is clean, beautifully furnished and decorated. Beds are comfortable and plenty of baths for all. It is also handicap friendly for a wheelchair if you have a ramp to get in the back door. My sister in law was able to use the master bed and bath using a wheel chair. We are already looking at booking it again! LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!

Nice & clean. Right on the river. Grill needs cleaning and fireplace did not work
Our overall experience was great. We had a party of 12 and had plenty of room. Home was very clean and provided everything we expected. We reported the problem with the fireplace but the local property manager never returned our call. We enjoyed our stay.
