This hostel has age-limit for the guests accommodation, it would discourage people to book it . Normally age-limit policy with hostel should just for recommendation. Hope this hostel owner change the attitude for the guests. Thank you.

Bathroom images are especially misleading. Tiles were Our room was right besides a staircase and a hallway which many residents pass by. If the walls were soundproof and the floorboards didn't creak at all, that wouldn't be a problem. But sadly, we were woken up intermittently throughout the early morning (1-7am) from the loud stomps of people rushing in and out, or up and down the staircase. We did a sound test. We recorded with our phone inside the room with the door closed while I walked through the hallway and up the staircase as quietly as possible. It was still rather audible inside. So it's more of a property negligence issue more than anything. Ceiling even leaked water onto the reception desk.. Beds felt clean. I can't say the same for the kitchen, pots, pans and dishes though, because I saw roaches scuttling between dish racks. We were disappointed that there were no body wash and shampoo provided at the shower stalls. There was handwash at least. C'mon guys a few bottles of Coles body wash & shampoo isn't even $40! Like my other hostel experiences, I was able to chat with 6 or so residents from around the world and was by far the most fulfilling part. I'm not too fussy with food so I enjoyed the breakfast items. I found it weird that extra cartons of milk was locked in a fridge... it's much more convenient for both sides if we can be trusted to get the milk ourselves. We are adults and most of us WILL call out on others' unruly behaviour after all.

Room was mildly clean. Shower and toilets were smelly. Maintenance needs to be done. This property is partially ran by AI check-in that doesn’t work. If the price is right, book it, but don’t be surprised by its inadequacies. Super close to public transit!

침구는 깨끗했으나 방에서 곰팡이 냄새가나고 문이 잘 닫기지 않아 쾅쾅거려야했으며 샤워실이나 화장실의 갯수가 부족함 계단이 많아 캐리어를 갖고 가기는 비추 배낭여행자에게 추천 다른 곳을 가시길 추천합니다

The check in process was very unorganised and felt chaotic. I was stuck in the rain for near on an hour trying to converse over text I no regards to my lost booking. Then when I finally did get into the room I saw a sign saying no phone calls or talking yet there was a girl in there on the phone during ungodly hours of the night and extremely loud too and when I made a complaint, the girl just became extremely rude toward me. Was a very unpleasant experience.

Awful. I spent 2 hours trying to check in, via app as it says on the web/msg that they send you from the property, I sent txt and called through all the numbers they have, no response at all. The front door is closed, so there's no way to get in, someone opened the door for me, and the guy at the reception said he finished his shift, but took me to the room anyway, my bed was clearly used (which I confirm later when another guy from the room told me that a random person that wasn't staying at the hostel slept there days before and it was dirty since then), no lock door on the room, and no door for the locker. I went to the other hostel a few blocks away, and again, about 45' waiting for the receptionist who was outside, and the phone to contact them when they were not there was lying on the desk. She finally gave me another room that was tiny, 'capsule' room, the door doesn't even open properly because the structure is in the middle. No space for the luggage, the mattress was harder than sleeping on the floor. The toilets are dirty, no toilet paper, I showered with cold water 3 times as there was not hot water at all (winter). There are about 3 forks in the kitchen, the fridges smell auper bad, tables are dirty, cleaning products are lying down on the hallways (window cleaner or bleach, nothing that belongs there). Staff is not helpful at all, there's no staff, just a few volunteers. The reception at the hostel was closed 3 of my 5 days stay.
