Bed and room layout were nice. Cleanliness was appalling. no turndown service for a 4-night stay? no room service or ability to provide cutlery or plates including clean cups. no cleaning of common areas and lifts. Especially disturbing when this is the no.1 Covid hotspot in NSW. I will not be staying in any of the Accor group hotels ever again. I spend approximately 300 days a year in hotel accom due to work and this is the most disappointing I have ever experienced. you would be better staying in a motel to be honest.
