Beautiful view and location
The view does not disappoint. The apartment is exactly as described, a really nice layout. Our family had a lovely stay there over the September school holidays. The kids loved the infinity pool. A beautiful, tranquil part of Avalon and only a few minutes from the main shopping centre. I would stay there again) I highly recommend.

Amazing Views and Location
My wife and I were celebrating our 10th Wedding Anniversary and this property provided us with a perfect little getaway. The Owners were fantastic, great communication and very happy to assist us to ensure our stay was memorable. The luxury of having our own private pool and spa overlooking the marina was a great way to unwind and relax. I would highly recommend this property.

Relaxing stay
great view and quiet street. House is quite nice. Couple minor things we encountered was the rangehood didn't work, living area lounge isn't comfortable and you can hear the footsteps from the dwelling above at times. Overall nice stay though.

Bayside Bliss
Celebrated a special birthday with a long weekend at this wonderful property. The infinity pool, spa and outdoor area overlook the stunning bay and is the perfect place to relax and escape from the everyday. Simon was very attentive, great communication. Can’t wait to come back!

Birthday getaway
Booked a weekend away for my wife’s birthday. Despite the weather not being great we had a lovely relaxing time. The duplex was set up just as pictured,and the host Simon was happy to help where he could - would definitely recommend.

Perfect family get away to Northern Beaches
Just wanted to say what a wonderful time my husband and 3 older teenage kids had staying at this beautiful property. Everything was perfect and the location was fantastic. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts. Such a challenging time with Covid and their communication was faultless. I am so very glad we booked this special getaway with them.

Amazing Place overlooking the bay
We stayed for two nights with our kids and had an amazing time. Wish we could of stayed for longer. Simon & Sanya we're excellent hosts and left us bottle of wine due to the outdoor lights not working during the recent floods. The kids loved the pool. The view was amazing overlooking the bay. The property had everything we needed. Communication was also top notch and prompt. Highly recommended and we would love to stay again!

Loved our stay. Me and my partner work hard and decided to go away for a relaxing trip to Avalon. The host Simon was so attentive, responded really fast and made us feel welcome. I loved how quiet the neighbourhood is. Felt safe, content & cosy!

Relax on the Bay
Fabulous location and view on the bay, with infinity pool and spa - very relaxing. Tastefully decorated, with well-equipped kitchen, bathrooms and lovely outdoor recreation space. A treat to have Foxtel with movies on-tap. Timely, accurate communication with property owner. Bear in mind there are several steps from the handy off-street parking.

We had the most wonderful long weekend away at this lovely property. The view is amazing and the pool and spa fabulous (especially loved that Simon heated the spa up for our arrival - after being at work all day it was just bliss). There are thoughtful extra touches and Simon and Sanya are so friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and highly recommended
We came here for the views and the pool, and got everything we hoped for. It is beautiful ! 2x teenagers were ecstatic with the pool and 2x parents loved the view and everything about the outlook. Simon was brilliant - communication was clear and very responsive, the house is clean, very ‘hamptons’. The wine, chocolates and nibbles that we found upon arrival didn’t last very long !! Thankyou Simon, we had a beautiful weekend !

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Simon was an excellent host. We loved the complimentary wine, chocolate and snacks. We all loved the spa and pool and just relaxing on the balcony soaking in the amazing view. It was very comfortable and close to many beaches and beautiful walks. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous Stay
Our family had a fantastic relaxing 3 night stay. The setting and outlook is just magic. Despite the awful weather the pool and spa (heated) were enjoyed and appreciated by the whole family. Hosts went the extra mile to make the stay special with treats and festive decorations. communication with the host was excellent and they have made sure that the accommodation is nicely presented, comfortable and well equipped with thoughtful extras including bandaids!

Perfect Getaway
My wife and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon and it was amazing in every way. The view was beautiful, spa & swimming pool were super clean aswell as the house. The hosts Simon & Sanya prepared everything for us and even surprised us with goodies during our stay. It meant alot to us and we really appreciate it. Would definitely recommend this place! My new happy place
I have fallen in love with the northern beaches and Avalon in particular! Our stay in this wonderful setting and lovely home ticked all the boxes… everything we needed and wanted. Beaches, coffee shops and exceptional hosts in Simon and Sanya … The only thing that would have made it better would have been another week or two there!

What a view!
We really enjoyed staying at this property. The view, pool and spa were incredible. The stay was very comfortable, with a slight exception to the drain smell (which went away when you opened the doors and lit candles). Simon was an attentive host and made the check in process easy. Lots on your doorstep, cafes and restaurants. Would stay again.

Great escape with the family
Spent 3 nights with the family at this beautiful property. It is perfectly located with sweeping views on a quiet and private street, right by the water. You get exactly what you see in the listing pictures - modern, stylish, clean and exclusive. A short drive to great cafes and restaurants in Avalon or Palm Beach or just kick back and enjoy a barbie and a splash in the pool with the kids. We highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon.

Super friendly hosts and a mesmerising view. You can sit on the deck for hours, staring into distance, with sailing boats in the foreground and bushland in the distance. The spa is also a treat!

Can definitely recommend staying here!
Great location with an amazing view! My husband and I were lucky enough to stay here with our 2 year old for a week and didn’t want to leave! Simon was a great host and the property had everything we needed for an enjoyable holiday. Clean, spacious, well equipped, easy check in, and great communication by host. Lovely 2 bed 2 bath lower house with pool.
Very private and quiet neighborhood but within a short drive to Avalon shops and the beach. Also a nice walking track. Well presented lower house with off street parking. Very clean and comfortable. Upstairs owners non intrusive
