The service was really slow… and at times there was no response ( example- in my 6 days of stay they didn’t replace my faulty hair dryer) 3. The elevators and in general all the rooms had a particular stink… The guy in charge though, Suraj was a good and helpful person but I don’t think he knows the competence of the staff. "The F&B team was outstanding. We ate so much because they would bring out off menu dishes to try and they all were outstanding. The staff truly wanted us to enjoy the food. My kids love Indian food and the staff fed them happily. The best of Varanasi hospitality. The rooms are massive. Property is small but that’s to be expected when located on the ghats I suppose. The only tip is not using the gully in the back to go to Kashi Vishwanath - it was disgusting. Take the hotel boat if you don’t mind...

"This is a new hotel that has just opened and still work in process. One day the hot water was not there and the next day no cold water. The T.V requires an engineering degree to operate. They charged me for breakfast although I showed the reservation which included breakfast. The employees were friendly and wanted to help If you have other choices wait until they get their act together."
