Our fully equipped chalet is small but perfectly formed and can sleep up to 4 guests. Enjoy a perfect Summer Staycation on the beach this year at Summercliff holiday chalet.
The space Our detached chalet is located at the quiet end of Summercliff holiday park and is ideal for families and friends to get away and relax.
We have a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, electric oven and hob and washing machine. The living area is open plan lounge with dining area, electric fireplace and a wonderfully bright window to the front.
The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath. We have two bedrooms; each with 2 comfy single beds in each bedroom.
For 2022, we also have a wild flower garden, with outdoor seating to enjoy alfresco dining.
We offer hotel standard linen and towels which are replaced after each stay. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in meaning that no direct contact with anyone is needed. We also offer a 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.
Guest access We have parking for 2 small cars (or one large car).
Other things to note Although we have provided an outdoor space, please be thoughtful of other people enjoying their holiday. Strictly no parties
Supermarkets Sainsbury's on Oystermouth Road, just before the City center is the easiest to get to coming from the M4 J42. Mumbles village has a full range of boutique shops, greengrocers, butchers, fishmongers etc. Beach shop at Caswell bay for drinks and snacks Other USEFUL INFORMATION: Nearest food shop: Nottage Road near St Peter’s Church – down small road on left, just off the bend from main road, heading towards Mumbles. Nearest petrol station: Sainsbury’s in Swansea. Food shops: Co-op, Tesco Extra and M&S Food in Mumbles. (Car park is under M&S Food) Excellent specialist fresh food shops in Mumbles. Swansea Indoor Market is worth a visit for meat, fish and seafood, fruit & vegetables and general market goods. Banks: NatWest is near Joe’s Ice Cream (opposite Co-op.) Lloyds TSB and Barclays on Newton Road. Several cash-points, including at Lloyds TSB (near Greggs), Barclays, and the Co-op. Post Office: On Newton Road, in Mumbles, uphill from White Rose Pub. Chemist: two on Mumbles Road (Newburys or Evans) or Boots (by the Co-op). Key Selling Points Number Ten is a traditional holiday chalet 400m from glorious sandy beach at Caswell Bay. Detached, it's at the quieter top end of Summercliffe. Outside Wildflower Garden and Cockle Shell Terrace outside belong to our chalet, and for you to enjoy. Large table and seating on Terrace.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed
