"Overall our stay was great! The place was super clean and conveniently located. The walls are a bit thin and there was a bit of heavy foot traffic so if you’re a light sleeper I recommend some white noise. "

"Host was welcoming and the place was beautiful-- a ton of amazing wood furniture. The room was connected to the rest of their house which was a surprise but the location felt fairly private. Bathroom and kitchen were small but clean. It was an intimate stay and would do it again!"

"The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. "

"The property was very nice and the location was great for visiting both Salem and Boston. Unfortunately the listing on VRBO wasn't accurate as to what the property was. When the host was contacted about the discrepancy a full refund was offered. We did not take him up on that and stayed anyway. The listing was changed in VRBO almost immediately after I brought up the issue. All in all we had a great time in the area and I would recommend visiting to anyone."

"We had a wonderful stay! The studio was clean, cozy, and located in a beautiful historic house. It was also conveniently close to downtown, which made it easy to explore the area.
The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Communication with the host was excellent—they responded quickly and were very helpful whenever we had a question.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!"

"Seems like the apartment was just renewed so it smelled a lot like paint or any chemical. Also I forgot a medicine and they don’t have enough standards to make sure cleaning people keep stuff lost and found. "
