"Be aware of what you are renting. It is rare to find an ocean front with a private beach on VRBO. However, it is an older home with older furnishings. To enter, you go through two doors and there is an open stairway that leads to the top floor meaning there is no door to the top floor. At first this felt very awkward, but it was fine. "Salem has been a bucket list and this property was a gem. It was far enough away from downtown that it was quite and close enough we could walk to see all of the sights. It was very clean and the host was wonderful she even stocked the pantry with some Ramen noodles and Mac and cheese which my daughter loves. All in all it was exactly what we needed and the price was great"
