"The property is as shown in the listing, but the "heated" part of the pool amenity in the title is not included in the rental fees (there is a daily electrical fee for heating the pool). As with many rentals with a game room, a number of machines were out of order, but the majority worked and were a value-add. The house is well equipped and is comfortable for a small group. The pool is the best amenity. My guests all enjoyed the house and commented positively on what a great place it was."

"Parking was a little bit of a hassle, but I that's West Seattle. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with plenty of shopping and food nearby. We enjoyed our stay."

"Finding the was difficult as you can’t access the property from the front as it is on a highway. The back is how you enter and it’s under construction as they’re building another building. Construction materials and debris, and no paved path make it challenging to access the property. The roof is very low and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The washer machine smells like mold and ruined my son’s brand new shirt. Great location but wouldn’t stay there again"

"The house and grounds are both incredible! This is by far the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals together and they have everything you need to do so. The grounds were so amazing. It was such a peaceful place to be with my family. Rachel, the host, was very responsive to all of our questions. I highly recommend staying here. Don’t pass this one up!
