"The place was cute. Kitchen was fully stocked with spices, etc. cleanliness was reasonable, but not immaculate. The master shower appeared clean but smelled like mildew. Before I checked in, the manager let me know that a plumber would be coming that night to fix the downstairs toilet. In our 3 day stay, he never showed. These things happen, I don't blame the property, but, we had to go upstairs to use the bathroom. The front door lock is horrible. The 7 digit code is difficult to put in before...

"Pros: Fantastic location off of Rainey St. and the river. Only a ten minute walk to the Dirty 6th bars. The view from the condo was spectacular! There’s a beautiful rooftop pool on the 33rd floor (we went in November and the pool was shaded until about 1:30pm). The condo has an ice machine which was nice!
