  • The ATX House is totally updated and furnished with everything you will need for a great stay in Austin. It is located just .33 miles to Barton Springs and the Hike and Bike Trail and so much more in Zilker Park and approx 2 miles to downtown. This cozy condo is thoughtfully decorated with custom 'Austin' photography and art and features a super comfy covered patio. The bedroom features a King bed and a large plate glass window.

    The kitchen is well furnished with everything you’d need to cook! We provide organic local coffee beans and grinder for you as well as bar soap, lotion, face wipes, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

    The ATX House is part of the ZilkerVacations family of vacation rental homes and condos in the Zilker Park area! We do everything we can to assure you the most comfortable stay possible!

Great location

Excellent location near Zilker Park right by Barton Springs. Was like staying in a tree house. Loved this place and highly recommend.

Perfect retreat to Austin

We loved our stay at the ATX house! It could not have been more perfect and the owners really thought of everything you could possibly need. The location was absolutely amazing! Definitely would stay again.

Close to Zilker, great balcony!

We loved the location, we could easily walk to barton springs pool, zilker park, and the restaurants on barton springs as well as south Lamar. The balcony was large with good privacy. Check in was easy and the property was clean. We would stay there again.

What a wonderful property!

From the peaceful views to the quiet meditative space that was so wonderfully decorated, this place was a jewel amid the city landscape. Minutes from nature and Zilker park and the downtown sector, this is truly a haven.

Perfect Getaway

We so enjoyed our stay in the ATX House. Zilker Park/Barton Springs is our goto getaway twice a year . The accommodations provided a comfortable and calm place to retreat- comfortable seating upon which to speaks hours reading or enjoying a movie. The bed was comfortable and all needed supplies could be readily found in the kitchen, bath, and closets. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return for our next getaway.

Fabulous location!

This was the perfect rental for me, my partner, and our pup during our visit for a concert. Classic Austin neighborhood, beautiful trees and close to everything. Cynthia made sure we had everything we needed, including coffee AND creamer! Everything was clean, cute, and organized. Definitely staying here again.

The best VRBO experience we've ever had

Everything about this property was wonderful - super clean, well appointed with comfortable furniture, a great mattress, and a covered outdoor patio - plus appliances and unexpected items like soap, shampoo etc. The check-in process was super easy and the owners provided a book with information on local coffee bars, restaurants and places to visit. The property is clearly well maintained and the owners have a great rental process. We look forward to staying here or in one of their other Austin properties for our next trip. Thank you Zilker Properties !

I booked the ATX during a last minute emergency. The host's communication prior to arrival was most helpful and the next evening when we arrived I finally exhaled as we entered the most comfortable, well-organized, clean, cozy space. The ATX felt like home away from home for four nights, with one exception...the mattress. It was so incredibly comfortable, I contacted the host to ask about it and I received a prompt reply.The attention to detail was amazing. In addition to clear instructions about how to use the amenities, there were small, appreciated extras like a box of tissues, battery-operated candle, twinkling string lights on the deck, full length mirror, dark washcloths for makeup! The Zilker location was convenient to the airport, grocery stores (LOVE H-E-B!) and the Westlake Medical Center. This diamond exceeds in the 4 C's of cleanliness, coziness, comfort, convenience.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time at the Zilker house. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the location where we could easily walk to the Barton Springs pool or have a short drive to any of the amazing restaurants we visited. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Condo and Location

Cynthia, Peach, and Jay were wonderful. This was our first trip to Austin and the location of the property was perfect. It was super close to Park, trails, the city, restaurants, and everything in-between. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Austin. Highly recommend!
