"Our stay was not typical. First the location is great, lots of room, big deck, peaceful lakeside. We had to cut our stay short because of a recurring issue with a gas leak. The owner lives in Las Vegas. Responses to phone msg and texts varied. This would not have been a big problem except for the urgency of our particular situation. Coordination issues with local caretaker/utilities ultimately contributed to our early departure. There was an initial attempt to repair but the problem reoccured....

"This is an outstanding rental in a very petty area. It’s located very close to an awesome supper club (Maiden Lake) in addition to a grocery store, etc. You can walk from the cottage to an estuary where there is great birding —tons of Warblers, Waxwings, Kingbirds etc. The property is extremely clean and has upscale offerings. "The cabin has a lot of problems. The slidingvpatio door bearly works , bottom of door is full of dead bugs , owner left pills on top of fridge, the shower leaked from underneath, the bed was small had 2 box springs so it was way too bouncy. Seemed like the owner had just thrown this together that day. There were dead bugs on floors wasps flying around, animal pee on bedroom floor. The hot tub is in a separate building you have to walk outside to access it. The rarea is very dirty , spider webs...
