Property now named the roach motel. Upon arrival we were greeted by several roaches resting comfortably on the kitchen floor, some dead, some still roaming about. They had friends in the kerig machine, one in the refrigerator, hanging out in the living room, enjoying the bathrooms, in the cupboards, crawling out from behind picture frames. The rugs that were not attached to the floor were so dirty we rolled them up for the duration of the visit. They need to be in a dumpster some where. The main living area floor was so dirty we had to go to Walmart and buy a mop and cleaner. It took my daughter 4 mop buckets full of water to finally start seeing clear water. The refrigerator door was missing all but one shelf to put small items in. The couch we’re worn and recliners were in disrepair. No coffee tables or anywhere to put stuff. Upstairs carpet definitely needs attention. Beds were mediocre at best. The linens were dollar store hospital quality. I’d advise to bring your own. Microwave light doesn’t work.Downstairs tub is so slippery almost fell every time I showered. Broken lamps. Lots of little things like outlets that your plugs fall out of. No comforts at all. This rental is basic and in desperate need of some TLC . My advice to the rental company. Pest control ! Upgrade all beds and linens. Get a new fridge. Shampoo carpets. Do away with rugs completely. Get new couches and add some coffee tables. Deep clean. Add some color. This place has no vibe or warmth.
