Nice home but be aware and read
I have rented many homes in Myrtle Beach and if you want you can find problems with any that’s how it is . But I never rented a house that had a hot tub with overflow in the pool that you had to pay for heat I don’t know anyone who would want sit in the hot tub of cool water? and charge 500 for a week is a little asinine. so we opted as I think anybody who enjoys using the hot tub to pay for the heat and to a surprise when we get there there isn’t any control panel in the box to turn the hot tub on so you’re sitting in wading pool of warm water. Apparently they knew there was a problem, never reached out even after paying for heat.after a couple of days of texting and email they finally send someone out to try to address the problem which they never really did the first fix was to turn the blower on manually and leave it run 24 seven which didn’t work all it did was drain the hot tub of all the water then they came back fixed that problem they gave us a refund for the heat and then shut the heat off for the last couple days. the house was not clean. Nobody was happy with the cleanliness of the house. It was not filthy, but it was not clean. We couldn’t get in the home on time. The locks weren’t working. They had to send a person to get us in the home. It was just a very frustrating being on vacation and not to be able to enjoy the accommodations you highly paid for and nobody reached out to see if everything was OK or if there is anything else they can do to accommodate us.
