"This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin...

"Pelicans is a fabulous place to stay. We found it very welcoming, and check-in was easy. The location is fantastic being close to the main street, but also peaceful and relaxing. A lot of time and care has gone into the property and its very well presented and clean. The hosts have included lots of thoughtful touches that certainly made for a pleasurable stay. Looking forward to returning again. "
