The place was quite sound proof, I did not hear much other movements within. The views are terrific from the top level. Only steps from the beach and plenty of parking. "The room was great! Very clean, comfortable furniture. Kitchen also had anything you need if you wanted to make any of your own meals. Great location…short bike ride to the surf city pier, shops and restaurants. The bikes provided were great…also the ping pong table and corn hole boards were fun as well!! Would definitely come back!"

"The rooms were nice and clean. They are open like a studio apartment but that worked good for our three families that rented three rooms. It was really nice to have a full kitchen. The pullout wasn’t too comfortable but the beds were. Would definitely stay here again."

We booked this trip somewhat late by most standards and we were so thankful this worked out so well!!! "The hotel room came with so many amenities. For example it was so nice to throw some food in the oven and they had an oven mit ready for you. The bed was clean except the bottom last sheet didnt seem like it was ever washed, that did gross me out, but everything else wasnt even dusty which was so nice. Such a nice getaway spot and so spacious in the room."
