"Room was spotless with complete modern kitchen and bath. Nice short walk to the beach! Only issue I had was upstairs neighbors were beyond loud!! Asked for help because got woken up at 4am and 630am with kids running, jumping, and lord knows what else was going on up there. If I was to stay again I would get a 3rd floor to avoid this."

"We enjoyed our stay in Rob's condo!The location was perfect. You can walk straight onto the beach, and there is a shower and hose on the boardwalk to rinse off the sand. The pool in the community is nice and has a generous shallow end that our preschoolers enjoyed. Parking was very convenient right under the unit.The condo was comfortable, nicely decorated, and fully stocked. The kids loved the bunk beds! Rob was a very generous host and very easy to communicate with.We would love to stay again...

"House was on the older side and small but perfect for what we wanted as a quiet family beach getaway. A few minute trip to the beach. We enjoyed the dock and paddle boards and fished every morning and night. Beds were a little uncomfortable but served the purpose for the vacation. The cleaning before we got there could have been better but overall a great trip!"

"We enjoyed our time here, and the layout is great for multiple families. My parents stayed in the bedroom upstairs, while my husband and I stayed with our kids in the three bedrooms downstairs.This is one of the cleaner beach properties I've stayed in, which can be hard to find! I also loved all the windows and natural light throughout."

"We had a great time staying over the weekend with our doggies. Being able to let them out back in the fenced in yard or sitting out front with the fenced in porch made all the difference in our vacation. Not to mention being walking distance to the beach access point made for lots of fetch and fun with a hose out front to wash off the sand. The ONLY thing we didn't vibe with was the sleeping situation. Both beds were pretty small for two people and the pillows were oddly tall for a comfortable...
