* Beach access located at the end of Pender Ave- about 200 yards from "Tidepool Retreat"
* Outdoor seasonal pool
* Pool is open May through October per HOA open/close schedule; *please inquire that the pool has been opened or remains open if booking in May or October

What to Bring:

* Beach towels, toys and supplies
* Toiletries, extra paper goods, bath soaps

Linens and Paper Goods:

* Linens (1 full set per bed per reservation) and towels (1 full set per unit max occupancy per reservation) included. *No towel/linen turnover service provided
* Starter pack of: 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom provided- enough to get you started
* "Kitchen pack" with sponge and dish towel included.

Notes on Pets and Parking:

* 1 dog is allowed per reservation; no other pets permitted. Guests must inform the host about the dog at the time of booking. Dog must be well-behaved and house-trained. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog. Any damage caused by the dog will be charged to the guest. Dog must not be left unattended inside the rental property.
* $100 non-refundable pet fee applies- must add pet to reservation
* Parking for 1 vehicle
