"My family and I travel to texas for the Thanksgiving holiday to arrive at the vrbo we booked to stay to find the property was poorly taken care and very dirty. Tryed calling and text the host for almost two hours. As i was getting no answer or reply. At this time i reached out to vrbo for help as i didnt want to stay in a place that was dirty.
