"The pictures do not accurately represent this place nor do the other reviews. There were three big issues. The first is that the beds are extremely firm, old, and uncomfortable. The second is that in one of our rooms that faced the street there were no curtains or blinds, so zero privacy. There was also a rolled up, dusty giant rug in the corner of a room. "Beautiful place! We stayed at the Crawford Cottage, which is very cozy. In front of the cottage there is a place to sit and read in front of a fountain. At the end of the day there is happy hour and they share dessert (delicious), tea and coffee. We had breakfast on the terrace overlooking Forsyth Park, a relaxing experience. From the hotel, you cross the street and you are in Forsyth Park, a fantastic place to walk. Definitely a place to return, and connect with the tranquility of the area....

"We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and ease of access. Breakfast was great every morning to start the day, and the water, tea and cookies were a welcome refreshment mid afternoon when we returned from a site seeing walk! It is an old building so noises are to be expected. The staff was wonderful and our room was clean and comfortable!"
