"This cabin is very clean and the communication was excellent. This place would be fine for a weekend stay but we had an extended 3 week stay due to moving. It was a challenge with a tiny fridge, no stove or oven and a small kitchen sink. We were aware of this before booking it but our options were limited. It was bery convenient with our dogs and the neighborhood was great, I just dont feel like this is conducive for an extended stay. If we had to stay in Ketchikan again for a day or 2 we...

"Shangri-La met our needs for a couple days in Juneau. The whole unit is very big. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is great, and I loved that it had a washer/dryer. The sitting area is just ok but it could use a chair. Also, it was not made clear in the amenities that it does not have a regular stove and oven. It has a double cooktop you need to get out of a drawer and a single burner cooktop. They do not heat up like a regular stove. They do have a pretty big toaster...

The place was close to the glacier and other stores. We rented a car and we are glad we did because taking an uber each time we went somewhere would have cost about the same. "The property was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It had everything needed in the kitchen regarding appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. Unlimited hot water was a real thing! There are 8 of us and showers would have had to be staggered, but we never ran out of hot water. It was lovely after hiking in the snow.
