A sole proprietorship registered as a vacation home with the Apulia Region; as such, it does not offer hotel-style accommodations. This means that the tenant is required to pay for utilities consumed during the rental period, such as electricity and water; a final cleaning fee of €320.00; and a security deposit of €800.00, payable in cash or by bank transfer. The villa offers all modern comforts: a private pool protected by a gate for children, solar panels, Wi-Fi, a barbecue, heating, air conditioning, and fireplaces. Amenities include a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, espresso machine, and French press.
Maximum occupancy is 13 people, or 14 if there are infants with a crib provided. Before arrival, the owner will send the traveler a contract containing all details that the guest is legally required to sign prior to check-in. By law, the contract with guests is governed by mandatory Italian and Apulia regional law No. 58/2019, regarding temporary leases for non-hotel accommodations, which must be accepted after booking.
