"I think this rental is good for a business traveler. Nothing was open past 3:00. There was really nothing but business offices for many blocks. This building houses 3 rental companies and college dorms. The elevators are interesting. Not all elevators go to all floors. The pool closed for maintenance on our 3rd day. We weren't informed until right before our stay so cancelation was not an option. Getting pool total was a bit difficult. Over all the room was clean, as long as you dint look...

"We stayed at Island Colony Resort and our studio was on the 28th floor and it had a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. There is a short walk to the beach on a beautiful street. The studio has two queen beds, a glass top stove, sink, refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, and cookware. The bathroom was very clean & the water pressure was amazing. In short, we had everything that we needed it. The hallway was maintained clean and the elevators were in working condition...
