"Is shelter for homeless ppl no security, garbage all over, no towels no key to get in they took us to our room without a key for 1 day, after that key not working properly, no housemaids we stood 7 days I cleaned myself cause the said no money returned no phone in rooms a.c really loud. Dust still remaining remodel job, I asked to be switched to other room but they said they were completely booked, no tv, toilet was not working, water all over the bathroom floor. No public bathroom out of our room, we reserved cause said resort with pools (not working) no hot tub, No garbage bags I used shopping bags, cigarette buds all over honestly you can have a much better room and pay less money I can’t upload all the pictures :( "
