One of the best places we have ever stayed! It's spacious (perfect for a family of four), incredibly safe with the required key access for the building, and quiet. I loved the pools options especially for the month of March. My kids had so much fun and I really enjoyed the clean, open kitchen allowing me to prepare food easily. We also had a close distance to other activities and had an easy time taking a short drive over to the pier and Ripley's museum. All around great room and area!

This property has a great view of the beach and the owner checked in to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything, Great communication. Lazy river and pools were awesome for the kids on a cold day. Easy access to the room with no issues and rental was clean. This is a great place to stay.

I am tired of renting a condo for vacation only to have things that are broken, not working and not as described! This unit is not recently renovated, and the work do was not professional. First time i was ever responsible for not only cleaning dishware, but putting it up too !!. Obvious they don't have good housekeeping. Could never access the ice in icemaker, obvious it didn't work because people had broken the tray trying to take it out!

Issues with the VRBO Managed Condo 1.The Micro Wave smoked, when used, so we didn’t know if it was safe.2.There was no smoke detector in the 2nd bedroom.3.There was no booklet for renters providing instructions on how to operate appliances, the air conditioner and TVs4.The shelving area under the cabinets was worn and unsightly (it should be repaired or replaced).5.A rusty pan was unusable and served on purpose other than to limit our options for appropriate pan size to cook certain foods6.TVs worked off and on and remotes either had no batteries or no battery covers.7.There was no ice maker or ice cube trays.8.There were crumbs on the floor and tables of the master bedroom upon our arrival.This condo was not ready for occupancy.

Came down for a dance comp. Nice property. The only problems were the sheets on the King size bed in the master were the wrong size. It is a 1st floor unit so it is a little loud earlier in the evening and in the morning when the pool opens.

Quick Getaway

The unit is in the most convenient place on the propertywhen arriving. You literally park your vehicle in the garage and 10 steps past the entry door is the unit. It was a very clean unit and well maintained. The unit was just one floor above the pool, and there was an excellent view from the balcony of the ocean. I have a young kindergartener that I travel to MB with 4-5 times a year with and I honestly don’t like sitting out on balconies with him because most oceanfront rooms in MB don’t have reasonable height for their railings but that was not the case for this unit. The balcony had tons of length and width and the railing system was very tall so it was so relaxing to sit outside with my child and enjoy the breeze and the view of the ocean and not worry about his safety. All the kitchen appliances were nice and up-to-date, the washer and dryer worked well , the unit’s hot water worked very well, and it was just an overall wonderful experience. Checking in and out was easier that it is to come home from work everyday, lol! The bedrooms and bathrooms had great space and storage. A family of six could easily stay here a week, be able to fellowship with each other, but not be on top of each other at the same time. The indoor pool area had a lazy river, 2 hot tubs, and a pool that was nice and lukewarm when it was 50 degrees outside. There was a nice size outdoor pool too.I look forward to booking another experience there sometime later in the year.
