"On arrival, the room was FULL of dead bugs everywhere. Hundreds. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Kitchen sink had sticky red substance on it. Kitchen counters had dusty layer. Microwave readout didn't work so you had no idea of cooking time. No way to set it. Dryer did not work. When I contacted the company that managed it and told them about all the dead bugs and the rest of the unclean issues, they assured me they would have someone out to deep clean first thing in the morning. Didn't happen....

"The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. "We had view of the ocean and pool from a cozy balcony. Plenty of room to relax. Had a nice surprise that there was a small ice chest, lawn chairs and boogie boards in the room for us to use instead of trying to rent them. Right across the street from the ocean and easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and food truck court. We had a great stay and excellent communication with our hostess. Would love to come back again and explore more! Check in was supurb! Everyone so nice. "

"It was a great holiday in a stunning location. We enjoyed the convenience of being in a ground floor unit. A couple of concerns/issues: the kitchen faucet needs changing and it was inconvenient that the pull out bed didn’t work, as my sister & I needed our own beds. There was also a strange outbreak of creepy wormy bugs in the bathroom one night, probably from the drains? But was beyond control is my guess? Overall, a gorgeous place to stay. "

"The view from the balcony was nice, ocean from the side. The bed was great and it was the best stocked kitchen in a VRBO that we have ever had. Kristen was terrific and very responsive. For us the apartment was a little dark, and the was quite a bit of road noise. But the building is on the beach and the ocean sounds were excellent. "
