"we had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo. The condo is just up a gradual ramp from the beach and the kids enjoyed being out in the water the whole trip. The condo has a gorgeous view of the water and a modern and clean feel. We appreciated the good communication and support from the owner along the way. Had a great time in Maui!"

"We rented 3 units in the F building,. This was by far the best. nice decorating and stocked well with dishes etc. The management company Ali i resorts was excellent. Their customer service was outstanding. One of the best places to stay in Maui. I have stayed there many times."

"We took a chance with Maui and Makena, always having stayed in Princeville and Hapuna Beach. The condo and its location lived up to all our hopes. Impeccably clean, well stocked, location and views cannot be beat. The owners love their home, and it shows. Just what we were looking for. We will for sure return. Thanks to our hosts for great communication, a concerned call to check on us on tsunami day, and making sure we had a comfortable and relaxing vacation. "

"Such a sweet place. The condonis immaculately clean and the beach is gorgeous. Skip the tours, rent or bring your own snorkles for almost guaranteed turtles. The Make a Surf Club does it right, and this host has it going on!"

"Wonderful property, quiet location but still convenient to local activities, restaurants, etc. The snorkeling right off the property was *fabulous* with many turtles (keep your distance) and plenty of reef wildlife. It’s best to get out early in the day when the water is most calm and before the big snorkel tour boats start pulling up nearby. The great snorkeling here isn’t a secret unfortunately!Mahalo, Sue and Clark!"

"Just returned from a week long stay in this unit. It was absolutely perfect in every way. The location cannot be beat. The unit itself was very clean and had beautiful ocean views. I would definitely stay here again. The only minor annoyance was there are so many units that are under construction that the parking lot is full or workers and their trucks during the day. It can be difficult to find a spot close. The management company should make these trucks park in the further lots rather...

Condo could use some refreshing but didn't detract much from our stay on beautiful Maui. "

"Our family of four had a great week at Makena Surf! The condo is well equipped and a great location on the property. The unit is right by the pool (but not loud) and a short walk to the beach. The unit has an amazing view of the ocean on the balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee and afternoon drinks. If we find ourselves back in South Maui, we will for sure return to this unit! Thank you for a lovely visit! "

"This is a great property at a beautiful, oceanfront location in Mākena. A short swim to turtle bay where we saw turtles while snorkeling. We saw whales from the balcony. We look forward to returning in the future. "

"This was a fantastic place to stay. The master has a phenomenal view and a shower with great water pressure. All the rooms had their own bathrooms and were great (no views though). The kitchen was great for our group of 8 adults. The beach is outstanding with great snorkeling and you really would never have to leave. We will be back! "

"It’s a beautiful property with an amazing view of the ocean. The condo is well supplied and if it’s not, the operations office will immediately respond to requests. This is our second year at the property (first at this condo) and will definitely return to G201. As I’m writing this, our first early morning wedding is happening right out our lanai at the ‘mostly’ very private beach."
