"I really loved staying here. The location is great - just a 15 min walk from the bus station and right in the heart of everything. The terrace is exactly as photographed and is wonderful. When I wasn't out exploring Aix, I spent most of my time on this terrace. Check in was easy with the host meeting me on-site and giving me a quick tour to make sure everything was ready and in good shape. "We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. "Very well located in the heart of the centre near shops and food outlets. This however means it’s very noisy especially at night. . The streets are cleaned daily so the area is very clean. Locals are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend in hot weather as no air conditioning which was not ameliorated with fans that get very hot in hot weather. However any issues were very quickly sorted by the hosts so this was welcomed. Good value for money you get what you pay for."

The location is close to the Marseille airport, so perfect for an early morning return flight. It is also centrally located to many places to visit / especially Aix en Provence. "

"For the first time, I am taking my time to write a detailed review. I wish the owner would take better care of the property, if they are planning to rent it out. When we arrived the AC, that was advertised, did not work and it was extremely hot inside. We opened the windows and tried to contact the property manager, and it took two hours to hear back. They provided instructions which included turning off the breaker for the whole apartment and turning it back one, as if we were electricians....
