The apartment was very clean and spacious. We loved the screened-in balcony with water views. The only thing to make it a perfect stay would be a washer/dryer.The host was very helpful and available .I would stay here again."

"Place is exactly as shown. Clean and updated. Community Pool was cold and lounge chairs were all broken. Laundry on site if you download the app and put 10 on the app. The booking process was the longest and most in-depth I’ve ever done for all rentals combined. I understand getting people info but man It was, to say the least, a nuisance. "

"This property was an excellent choice to stay for a night in Fort Lauderdale. The location was perfect being walking distance of restaurants, shops and nightlife. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the place although there definitely was some wear and tear but I would not say it hindered our experience. The parking was easy and so were the checkin instructions. We are looking forward to staying at this property again in the near future ! Thanks for having us "
