"The property was in a great location. Had everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again"

"We enjoyed 4 nights here recently. The home and everything inside were very clean and well equipped. The back yard and pool were great. Except for the times it rained we spent morning/afternoon/evenings out there. Lola was highly responsive when we reached out with questions. The property is just minutes from the beach, shopping, and other activities. "

"The bathroom was very filthy. The bedsheets has sands seems like haven’t changed. The first night the four streets going to the place, was BLOCKED OF POLICE CARS!!!!. Its not a safe PLACE TO STAY. NO LIGHTS ON THE STREETS, TOTALLY DARK. But the OWNER IS EASY TO COMMUNICATE, there is no problem, very nice couple."

"Everything was good check in was easy. Communication was great and fast response. Only thing the WiFi kept disconnecting or was weak signaled in one of the rooms the other rooms it worked fine. And the grill was out of propane and wish tvs was in all bedrooms overall great stay and will book again"

"My family of 4 with two teenage boys really enjoyed our stay at Rio Retreat. The host was very accommodating with an early check in. The bathroom and kitchen are recently renovated. I loved walking in the neighborhood and the boys enjoyed the pool after long days of sports. "

It was my daughter‘s graduation weekend from high school and thanks to the size of the house and the yard we were able to all our family and friends for a great weekend! We enjoyed the location in regard to driving distance to Miami, Ft Lauderdale Beach and Dania Beach. The pool and pool deck were lovely and well kept. "The house was a great layout. Overall it was pretty good. A couple things the game table and hot tub both were broken and couldn’t be used and that wasn’t communicated. It had everything you needed to cook and clean up after which I really appreciated.The bed was SO squeaky and loud if you rolled over. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay"

"As someone with a tendency to be discerning—perhaps overly picky—I took a chance leasing this property.To my surprise, it far exceeded expectations and is possibly underpriced. I’m already considering bringing my boat for the next visit. Highly recommend!"

"House was as described. Only 2 things I would mention was if you plan to cook, pots and pans were not present. Also, grass in backyard was high. If snakes were present, it would be difficult to see. Otherwise great trip"
