"The house was everything our family needed for the week. The owner was very responsive and jumped into action for anything we needed. The house itself was very nice and has a park at the end of the street that my little one enjoyed very much. House was stocked with things like seasonings, condiments, detergent. It made traveling as a big family very nice. "

There was an unexpected issue with roadwork in front of the house. The host was very quick to respond to our questions and help us work around the roadwork. The host also left very detailed instructions for check in and check out. My family and I would definitely stay here again if we visit Denver in the future. "

"I'm giving this property 5 stars because the pictures and descriptions were accurate. Having said that i must warn travelers that the host likes to cook with Indian spices that are very strong and aromatic that last all night. They have kids that like to run and you hear every step. Finally beware that you are in a basement apartment and you ONLY have air tv. You will have internet, but NO cable or streaming services. We were looking forward to relaxing and watching march madness, but with the...

"Beautiful property. Spotless!! Quirky and stuffed with “stuff”. Two minute walk to S Pearl where there are great places to eat and drink. Very funky cool neighborhood. 2-5 minute walk to lite rail. So easy to get down town and the airport. Agent super helpful. "

"This was a great space for our adult family members to gather. Each couple had a comfortable space with privacy when wanted. The main living level was spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub and movie room. Great location right off Broadway with lots of local restaurants to choose from. The host was quickly responsive to several questions and needs we had. "

"The house was super comfortable. Every amenity we could imagine was available. Adirondack chairs next to Bear Creek made for peaceful tranquility. Beds/showers/kitchen/living rooms were so comfy. We were minutes from downtown Evergreen, which was a nice throwback in time. Red Rocks Amphitheater was 25 short minutes away. "
