"Property clean, but things appear worn. Cracks in tile. Places we’ve stayed b/4 have had BBQ & umbrella but sadly not here. Hubby irritated with WiFi (intermittent). No instructions. Called property manager for TV fix, & no one ever responded back with us. Since TV has no cable or satellite the only way to view TV is to stream which is extremely difficult with no WiFi. Kitchen supplies for basics, sadly lacking. Pots & pans - that’s it. No cleaning supplies. It’s the view that will bring us back...

"This house was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. The home was steps from the beach and very close to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Halfway through our stay we had a minor issue with a broken key and the hosts quickly responded and provided us a back up key. We had a wonderful trip. "

"This was the perfect base for my family's trip to San Diego with our 18-month-old. The accommodation is beautiful and spacious with a fabulous view from the balcony. The separate bedroom worked well for putting the kid down for a nap or bedtime in a dark, quiet place. It's in a great location - a block from the beach/boardwalk, a few blocks from the bay, and close to lots of good restaurants."

"House was clean the area's were large. Plenty of parking on the driveway for two Plus cars. The neighborhood was quiet except for a neighbor who was reving his engine at 7:00 in the morning. The host was most generous in answering any questions for us."
